Our company is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Director of Operations to lead our manufacturing team. This role is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and overall business success. The Senior Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality products, driving operational excellence, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations across all manufacturing facilities, ensuring that production goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

2. Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

3. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

4. Collaborate with other senior leaders to set company-wide operational goals and align on key business strategies.

5. Monitor and manage operational budgets and expenditures, ensuring optimal use of resources.

6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, implementing changes as necessary.

8. Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure the production of high-quality products.

9. Provide regular reports to the executive team on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within the manufacturing industry.

3. Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve operational excellence.

4. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.

6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team towards success.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.

8. Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.

9. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

10. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
