    Description:

    Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is looking for a highly detailed Director - Provider Compensation & Contracts to join our team. In this role, you will have overall accountability for the development, assessment and administration of all IHA provider compensation models and physician contracts.

    What You'll Do:

    • Directs provider compensation and contracts department functions.
    • Provides guidance and direction for other members of the Finance Team and IHA leadership.
    • Coordinates with VP-Provider Compensation and Contracts and executive leadership team on all aspects of existing and future programs.
    • Designs, develops and implements new compensation programs.
    • Oversees physician workforce growth requests.

    General Requirements:

    • EDUCATION: Master's degree, with bachelor's in accounting, Finance or other relevant degree.
    • CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: None
    • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 or more years' prior leadership experience. Hands-on experience in provider compensation, contracts, physician relations, provider recruiting, finance or other relevant function within a healthcare industry with background in the development and administrations of variable compensation plans.
