Job Description
We are hiring a Technology Director to lead the design and development of a critical Cash & Intraday Liquidity Management platform. This is a senior level position that will provide leadership for the development of a platform that sits at the intersection of engineering ambition and real-world financial impact - for a wide range of internal and external consumers. This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader to own a multi-year technical roadmap, build and scale a world-class global engineering organization, and deliver AI-first, cloud-native systems that operate with the highest standards of availability across multiple geographies and regulatory environments. The technology lead will be responsible for leading variety of architectural and engineering activities including the analysis of functional requirements, solutions design, evaluation of different options and presenting comparative analysis along with recommendation to senior stakeholders. Individual will apply in-depth domain knowledge of financial services to grasp all facets of the multiple dimensional business problems and develop solution options. The individual will lead a team of technical business analysts, data analysts, and solution architects to deliver solution design for real-world business problems. Individual must have a passion for architectural simplification, and a demonstrable commitment for building sustainable, future-ready platforms
Individual needs to be results-oriented, innovative and motivated to drive opportunities in efficiency gains, enhanced controls and extendible scalability. This is articulated and demonstrated through various types of strong deliver artifacts. This high performing team designs enterprise-wide solutions for critical business needs leveraging solutions, business, technical, and data architecture. Key stakeholders include operations teams, product teams and application development teams from different LoBs & functions within the organization. These engagements are global.
