Director of Settlement Operations - 2051

A title insurance agency is seeking a senior Director of Settlement Operations to oversee the full settlement lifecycle end-to-end. This is a high-responsibility leadership role with significant fiduciary and operational oversight.

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the entire settlement process from contract to close

• Managing large wire transfers and escrow disbursements

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial requirements

• Leading settlement operations and internal controls

• Managing risk, accuracy, and operational efficiency

Ideal Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience in title or settlement operations

• Strong financial and escrow management background

• Experience handling high-value wire transactions

• Leadership and operational oversight experience

• Deep understanding of title and settlement compliance

Salary: $150k - $200k/Year
