    Key Activities/Responsibilities

    • Lead, develop, and motivate the Sales Team that includes Parts & Accessories, Capital Assets, CPO and Refurb to achieve revenue, profitability, and performance objectives while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales and business growth plans to expand market share, increase customer retention, and drive sustainable growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, while supporting overall company goals and resolving escalated concerns.
    • Oversee departmental operations, including sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, pricing strategies, and day-to-day sales activities.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and industry developments to identify opportunities and recommend business strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and organizational objectives.
    • Analyze performance metrics and financial results; prepare forecasts, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.
    • Develop employees through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, ethical standards, and operational procedures.

    Perform other duties, special projects, travel requirements, and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

    EXPERIENCE

    ·         3-5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

    ·         Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

    ·         Experience managing customer relationships and business development activities.

    ·         Industry experience in equipment rental, heavy equipment, industrial, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.

    ·         Strong leadership and team-building skills.

    ·         Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

    ·         Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

    ·         Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans.

    ·         Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

    ·         Strong organizational and time management skills.

    ·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
