Job Title: Director of Sales Development - West Region Department: Corporate / Sales Location: Texas or Southwest preferred; relocation considered Reports To: Sr. VP, Sales Development Compensation: Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus OVERVIEW: As a Director of Sales Development, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team's performance and driving organizational growth through comprehensive training programs. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of sales training initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Important: This role requires extensive travel (50-60%). You’ll spend much of your time on the road, riding with Account Executives, supporting branches, and focusing heavily on markets in the West.
