Manage daily therapy department operations
Supervise therapy staff
Maintain regulatory compliance
Monitor productivity and financial performance
Support quality initiatives and interdisciplinary collaboration
Active California OT license
Skilled Nursing Facility experience required
Leadership experience preferred but strong candidates without prior DOR experience will be considered
