    Position Overview
     
    We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Recruiting to fully own the recruiting function in a growing multi-location organization as the first leader in recruiting.  This role is not just about finding and hiring team members. It is about building the people engine of the organization. You will bring your expertise, vision, and leadership to:
    Find and source candidates
    Manage vendor and agency relationships
    Establish our practices as trusted pillars within their communities
    Build a high-performing recruiting team
    Create the systems and infrastructure needed to scale
     
    You will serve as the recruiting leader and subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to shape strategy and drive results.
