About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a Director of Project Management to lead, improve, and elevate the project management organization while driving operational excellence across a growing DV-LED business.
This role is responsible for rebuilding and strengthening the project management department through improved processes, accountability, structure, and leadership.
The ideal candidate has direct DV-LED experience and understands the realities of managing highly customized display projects involving engineering, manufacturing, logistics, field installation, and customer execution.
This leader will assess what is working, identify what is not, and build scalable systems that improve performance across the organization.
What You'll Do
Department Transformation & Leadership
- Evaluate and improve existing project management processes and workflows
- Create scalable systems, SOPs, reporting structures, and project standards
- Establish KPIs and accountability measures for project execution
- Lead organizational improvements focused on consistency and performance
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project teams
- Improve resource allocation and team structure
- Establish clear performance expectations and coaching processes
Portfolio Oversight
- Oversee project health across schedules, budgets, customer satisfaction, and staffing
- Escalate and resolve project risks proactively
- Ensure consistent execution standards across all projects
Cross Functional Leadership
- Improve collaboration between Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Field Operations
- Drive improvements in project handoffs and communication
What We're Looking For
Required
- 10+ years of project management experience with significant DV-LED industry experience
- Experience leading teams and managing large-scale LED project portfolios
- Strong understanding of DV-LED manufacturing, installation, and project lifecycles
- Experience improving operational processes and implementing KPIs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred
- PMP certification
- Experience leading departmental transformation initiatives
- Experience managing global or large-scale custom installation programs
