Georgia-Pacific's Hummingbird digital print business is seeking a transformational leader to join our team as the Director of Operations based in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this pivotal role, you will lead operational strategy and execution across a cutting-edge business that is redefining the corrugated packaging industry through advanced digital print technology. You will champion safety, operational excellence, and talent development while partnering closely with commercial, customer service, supply chain, and production teams to drive growth and continuous improvement. Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package, which your recruiter will be happy to discuss with you in more detail.
