About the position
As the Director of Operations for New Academies, you will provide direct day-to-day oversight of a designated team of Academy opening support personnel within the Operations Department to support the integrity and quality of Kiddie Academy Operating Systems on a continuous basis in franchised locations. You will also work with your team to promote outstanding sales and customer service skills, strong enrollment, retention, and compliance with all licensing and Franchise Agreement requirements.
This position is based in our Corporate Office located in Abingdon, Maryland.
