Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead multi state restaurant operations
• Develop and mentor District Managers and General Managers
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Monitor financial performance across multiple locations
• Ensure consistent guest experience and brand standards
• Travel regularly throughout assigned markets

Qualifications

• Current Director of Operations or equivalent multi unit leadership experience
• Family dining restaurant experience is required
• Strong financial and operational background
• Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression
• Ability to travel extensively

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000 to $130,000 base salary
