  • Build scalable HR policies, processes, systems, and programs
  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent development
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations
  • Strengthen recruiting, onboarding, retention, and employee development programs
  • Establish consistent HR practices across multiple business units and locations
  • Support leadership development, succession planning, and organizational change
  • Evaluate HR systems, reporting, and operational effectiveness
  • Partner with leadership to maintain a strong company culture during rapid expansion
  • Support HR integration associated with new businesses, acquisitions, and continued growth

Qualifications
  • Progressive HR experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility
  • Experience helping a small or entrepreneurial company scale into a mid-sized organization
  • Proven ability to build, implement, and improve HR infrastructure and processes
  • Experience managing HR professionals and recruiting teams
  • Strong employee relations, HR compliance, and performance management background
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and business leaders
  • Strong understanding of multi-state employment laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on HR responsibilities
