About the Role
The Director of Human Resources will lead the HR function and manage a small HR team, serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managers, and employees. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances strategic HR priorities with the practical, day-to-day needs of a growing organization.
The Director will have broad ownership across HR, including benefits and 401(k) administration, payroll, talent acquisition, employee development, employee relations, compliance, and the continued development of scalable HR systems and processes.

The successful candidate will be a highly engaged, solutions-oriented HR leader who combines strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up their sleeves. This individual should be comfortable identifying gaps, anticipating issues, developing solutions, and owning execution through completion.
This is an environment where HR leadership extends beyond administering established processes. The Director will need to move comfortably between executive-level partnership and detailed, hands-on work while remaining responsive to the needs of employees and the business.
Schedule & Travel
This is a full-time leadership position based in the Nashville, Tennessee area. The general schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexibility expected when significant employee or operational needs arise. Minimal business travel may be required.
