Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, plan, organize, control, and direct the daily operations and assigned functions of the Human Resources Department; supervise and evaluate the performance of classified personnel; review, develop, and communicate human resources policies District-wide. Coordinate the collective bargaining responsibilities in the district. To assist the Assistant Superintendent in carrying out more effectively the responsibilities of the Human Resource Department to the ultimate benefit of the District''s entire educational program.

- Valid California driver''s license; Bachelor''s in Business Management and/or Human Resources and/or related field of experience.

- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) dated within 18 months of application)
