Title: Director of FP&A

Salary: $150,000–$200,000

Must Haves for the Director of FP&A:

• 
  
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning experience

• Experience within a mid-to-large nonprofit or similarly complex organization
• 
  
• Familiarity with endowment activity and restricted and unrestricted funds
• 
  
• Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, long-range forecasting, and advanced Excel skills
• 
  
• Proven experience supporting executive leadership, presenting to Boards or committees, and leading and developing staff
• 
  

Director of FP&A Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Lead annual operating and capital budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multiyear financial planning
• 
  
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic decision-making
• 
  
• Analyze performance against budget, forecast, and prior-year results to identify risks and opportunities
• 
  
• The Director of FP&A will develop KPIs, dashboards, benchmarking, and reporting tools to improve financial visibility
• 
  
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, executive leadership, department heads, and Board committees while overseeing FP&A staff
•
