Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and overall financial planning activities.
Partner with company leadership to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic growth.
Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting.
Develop and track key financial metrics and operational KPIs.
Support audits, compliance efforts, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of finance and accounting experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders across multiple departments.
Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or medical device environments is a plus but not required.

Pay: $145,000 - $170,000
