Identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving strategies. Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and business development teams during the bidding process. Develop bid strategies and recommend pricing approaches to maximize profitability and win rates. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and scope coverage. Track market trends, construction costs, and industry conditions that impact estimating. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating with executive leadership and operational teams. Proficient in estimating software, cost databases, and construction management tools.
