You'll modify menus based on food trends, costs, local tastes, seasonal availability, dietary restrictions, and resident preferences.Training and developing dining staff to create stellar experiences for our residents.Managing supplies, schedules, equipment, budgets, processes, and procedures that enhance the resident experience, meet state and federal guidelines, and ensure all food safety regulatory requirements are met.Building positive relationships with residents, families, associates, and vendors.
