Overview
Catholic Charities of Buffalo is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented leader to guide our agency's compliance and quality efforts as the Director of Compliance and Quality. The Director of Compliance and Quality serves as a key leadership partner to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of the organization's compliance and quality management systems.
This role provides operational leadership for organizational compliance activities, quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, incident and risk management processes, internal monitoring and audit activities, and corrective action tracking. The Director works collaboratively across departments to promote organizational accountability, operational consistency, regulatory adherence, and a culture of continuous improvement in support of Catholic Charities' mission and strategic priorities.
The Director plays an important role in maintaining and advancing the organization's integrated Business Quality Management System (BQMS), supporting enterprise-wide quality, risk, compliance, and performance improvement efforts.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in healthcare administration, public administration, business administration, social work, organizational leadership, quality management, or a related field.
