Schedule: Normal Business Hours
Salary: 120.00 per hr
Travel: 25-30% (mostly domestic)

The Role
We're looking for a Director of Business Development to expand strategic sales leadership, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration within the compounding pharmacy and clinical practice ecosystem. If you excel at developing new markets and building strong partnerships, this position offers a major opportunity to drive impact.
What You'll Do
Sell and promote the Pharmaceutical product line to clinical practices and wellness-focused businesses
Build and maintain relationships with compounding facilities and compounding pharmacies
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth
Understand and navigate regulatory requirements in the compounding space
Partner with marketing to create sales materials and presentations
Attend conferences and trade shows to generate leads and expand market presence
Collaborate with internal teams to support product success
Set KPIs and track performance metrics
Develop and execute strategies to grow partnerships
Ensure all activities meet regulatory and compliance standards
Who You Are
8+ years in business development, sales, or commercial leadership
Background in health, wellness, supplements, or pharmaceutical products
Strong network within compounding facilities, compounding pharmacies, and Med Spas
Data-driven, results-oriented, and confident operating independently
