Your focus: plumbing companies, mechanical contractors, and other high-value sources. Despite the executive-sounding title, this role is hands-on - you'll be in the trenches, building relationships and driving results every day.
Your Mission
Take charge of a portfolio of 450+ potential referral partners. You'll build the systems, own your territory, and generate inbound restoration leads by being visible, trusted, and everywhere that matters - spending four days a week on the road building relationships and closing accounts.
