Position Overview

The Director of Partnerships/ Business Development will lead strategic growth initiatives for Profitise's home services vertical, with ownership over revenue expansion, partner acquisition, and affiliate network development. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a scalable pipeline, closing enterprise-level partnerships, and shaping the future of our marketplace. 

You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams while building and leading a high-performing business development function.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Partnerships

  • Identify, and onboard new home services vendor and buyer partnerships
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements with key partners
  • Drive repeat business through relationship management and account expansion

Affiliate Network Expansion

  • Recruit and onboard high-quality affiliates and traffic sources
  • Provide strategic insight into payout structures and partner incentives
  • Continuously optimize partner performance and ROI

Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Build, mentor, and scale the business development team
  • Establish KPIs, sales processes, and performance benchmarks
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and market positioning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to develop compelling sales collateral and campaigns
  • Partner with Product/Tech teams to improve lead flow, tracking, and platform performance
  • Provide feedback on systems, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

Market Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in home services, lead gen, and affiliate marketing
  • Represent Profitise at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities
  • Deliver insights on competitive positioning and emerging opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business development, sales, or partnerships experience (home services industry strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing environments
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience building and managing teams is a plus
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
