Drive business development strategy aligned with the firm's growth goals
Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and project opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, public agencies, and industry partners
Lead and support pursuits, RFQs/RFPs, interviews, and presentations
Collaborate with principals, studio leaders, and marketing to position the firm competitively
Represent the firm at industry events and within the Kansas City AEC community
Track pipeline activity and report on BD performance and forecasting
