Director of Business and People - Senior Living

We're looking for a Director of Business & People who is organized, approachable, and passionate about creating a great experience for our team members.This role is perfect for an HR professional who loves people, problem-solving, and making things happen!What You'll DoSupport recruiting, hiring, background checks, and new hire onboarding.Create a warm, welcoming experience for new team members.Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS information, and I-9 documentation.Administer benefits and assist employees with questions about policies, benefits, and pay.Support employee relations, leave programs, Workers' Compensation, unemployment, and HR compliance.Process payroll accurately and help resolve payroll questions.Partner with leaders on hiring, coaching, performance, and employee relations.Prepare HR communications, employment offers, and team member announcements.Help plan employee events, celebrations, and recognition activities.Maintain confidentiality and stay current on HR best practices and employment requirements.What You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.3+ years of general HR experience required.HR experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus.Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.Strong Microsoft Office skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Previous supervisory experience preferred.Someone who is positive, dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people!Why Inspired Living?You'll join a fun-loving, people-focused team where your HR expertise is valued and your leadership makes an impact. You won't just be managing paperwork-you'll be helping people feel welcomed, supported, appreciated, and connected.Medical, Dental & VisionPaid Time Off401(k) Retirement PlanLife InsuranceTeam Member Assistance ProgramIf you're an HR professional who believes that great teams start with great people experiences, we'd love to meet you!Come grow with Inspired Living!
