A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead the strategy, design, and administration of enterprise-wide benefits programs.
This role will oversee health & welfare and retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), pension), ensuring compliance with ERISA, IRS, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA regulations, while driving innovative, cost-effective programs that support employee attraction and retention.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of benefits leadership experience
Healthcare industry experience required
Expertise in plan design, compliance, and implementation
Strong background in retirement and health & welfare programs
Proven leadership and vendor management experience
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the VP of Total Rewards within a complex, multi-entity environment.
Salary $144k-185k plus 20%-30%
Ability to work Hybrid must live or relocate to Houston
