This role oversees the implementation and enhancement of accounting and financial software solutions, drives system upgrades, and leads the redesign of financial reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability. Key responsibilities include directing enterprise-wide system implementations and upgrades, managing cross-functional training and change management efforts, and ensuring alignment of financial systems and processes across departments. The Director partners closely with Operations, Asset Management, IT, and Business Systems teams to support financial performance, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making. The position also serves as a key steward of financial controls and reporting integrity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ensure that accounting processes, financial reporting, and system configurations comply with applicable accounting standards and organizational policies. The Director will be a strategic leader with expertise in financial systems, process improvement, project management and cross-departmental collaboration.
