How You’ll Make a Difference:
• Lead daily operations with excellence in food safety, quality, speed, hospitality, and cleanliness.
• Develop, coach, and hold leaders accountable while building a culture of care, ownership, and growth.
• Drive operational and financial results through strong systems, sound decision-making, and attention to detail.
• Partner with the Operator and leadership team to execute the vision for our grand reopening and long-term success.
• Create memorable experiences for guests and meaningful opportunities for team members.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, retail, or comparable environment.
• A humble, driven leader who communicates clearly, solves problems thoughtfully, and leads by example.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage priorities, develop talent, and deliver results.
• Availability for a flexible full-time schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
What We Offer:
• A meaningful leadership role during Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue’s grand reopening and next chapter.
• Competitive pay, benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) with matching.
• Health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance options.
• Paid training, employee meals or discounts, and a team committed to your personal and professional growth.
If you are ready to lead with purpose and help build something special, apply today.
Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent, franchised Operators who invest in the future of their Team Members and give back to their communities.
