The Director, Integrated Media Planning role is one of the most exciting and challenging roles in our organization. The Director manages the daily strategic needs of the business and integrates with the broader OMD teams, creative partners, and media owners. They act as the leading force ensuring the vision of the team and agency comes to life in the work, thought leadership and ideas. The Director has a strong appetite for new technology, emerging media, and culture. They understand and embrace the passion that the consumer has for our clients‘ brands. They orchestrate a strategic mix of solutions across social media, content relationships, data strategies, mobile opportunities, and more as the digital landscape continues to evolve. Inspires others to try new approaches and serves as a role model to the team.QualificationsGraduate of a four-year college or university10+ years of integrated media planning experienceTrack record of handling big client ambitionsAbility to create and execute a holistic channel approach to planningExperience collaborating with media owners, agency business units and creative agency partnersProven leadership ability and experience managing a team; a strong desire and ability to grow and develop talentAdvanced knowledge of media fundamentals and an ability to educate at all levelsStrong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurementLinear + CTV Video planning & participating in the Upfronts experience is mandatory $145,000 - $175,000Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
