Seeking a Director, People to support the Education business with a hybrid schedule based in South Charlotte, NC (Tues-Thurs in-office, Mon & Fri remote). This role partners with senior leadership across Puerto Rico and Charlotte to develop and execute people strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities include advising leaders on talent, organizational design, and change management; leading performance and development processes; supporting employee relations, coaching, and compliance; and partnering with centralized HR teams. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of HR experience, strong generalist skills, and experience supporting senior leaders through change. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a solutions-oriented mindset and ability to operate in a dynamic environment, will stand out. Compensation ranges from $140K-$180K, plus benefits.
