This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping how HR systems, service delivery, and workforce data come together to create a seamless and scalable employee experience across the enterprise.Ã
This leader will oversee teams responsible for Workday product ownership, ServiceNow HRSDÃ knowledge and administration, and HR data and reporting capabilities. While deep expertise in every platform is not required, the ideal candidate brings strong experience in HR systems strategy, organizational leadership, roadmap development, and cross-functional partnership.Ã
