Key Responsibilities

Lead working capital improvement initiatives by analyzing and optimizing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory management, and cash flow processes.
Identify and implement cost reduction and automation opportunities across freight, inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Evaluate the financial impact of tariffs, transportation costs, and inventory policies, providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Assess current business processes, identify control gaps and inefficiencies, and lead process improvement efforts.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clean up legacy processes, improve reporting, and establish scalable best practices.
Develop metrics, reporting, and operational insights to support decision-making and ongoing performance improvements.
Drive implementation of process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of experience leading finance transformation, operational improvement, process optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience within a highly regulated industry, preferably healthcare, life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, or a similar environment.
