Our client is seeking an experienced Director, Business Development in the Dallas-Fort Worth market with established relationships inside multi-unit restaurant groups. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who already has access to facilities leaders, construction managers, or regional operators across restaurant brands and franchise groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business with Texas-based sit-down and quick-serve restaurant groups
Build relationships with facilities directors, construction managers, and regional operators
Leverage existing industry connections and generate leads through research and outreach
Identify and pursue opportunities within multi-unit restaurant organizations
Nurture existing relationships and develop long-term partnerships
Research restaurant companies and decision-makers online to expand the pipeline
Drive lead generation and relationship-based sales
Qualifications:
Proven connections within the restaurant or food service ecosystem
Existing relationships with multi-unit restaurant operators
Ability to identify and contact 5-10 restaurant groups immediately
Strong consultative sales approach with credibility among operations leaders
Self-driven and capable of managing a territory independently
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
Base salary: $100K-$120K + target bonus opportunity of 60%+ of base salary
