We hire direct support professionals to assist residents with developmental disabilities with daily living activities in a residential setting.

Job Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional:

• Assist and supervise activities related to daily living skills.
• Administer or assist with prescribed medication.
• Light housekeeping
• Assist with transportation
• Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives.
• Data entry using Therap (EHR)
• Assist residents in pursuing recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans.

Job Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver''s license in good standing, and must be insurable through NJID''s automobile insurance.
• Strong communication skills

NO certification required

Position Details:

Location: Edison County: Middlesex

Hours Per Work Week:12 hours every other Sat & Sun Weekly Work Schedule: Every other Sat & Sun 9:30a-3:30p

Other shifts are available at this location.
