Compensation
Pay Range:$70,000–$94,000 Per Year

Description
This role involves supervising a team of Behavioral Health Counselors in an integrated care setting in Trenton, NJ. 
The position is full-time with responsibilities split between direct patient care and clinical supervision. 
The candidate should have strong leadership skills and be proficient in generic office software.

Requirements
MSW from an accredited program
Active LCSW in New Jersey
5 years post-licensure experience
Social work supervision certification
3 years in an integrated care setting
Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders
Proficiency in generic office software

Qualifications
5 years of experience supervising staff
ACS (Approved Clinical Supervisor) credential preferred
NJ LCADC preferred
Experience with harm reduction and motivational interviewing preferred
Strong leadership and time management skills
Bilingual in Spanish or Creole a plus
Ability to walk and stand regularly
