    Direct Support Professional, Residential - New and Increased Hourly Wage

    Reports to: Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) Program Manager

    Location: Onondaga County

    Schedule:Part Time & Full Time Schedules Available

    Pay: $21.03 - $24.06 Hourly

    About the Role:

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting participants with activities of daily living (ADL)
    • Encouraging skill building activities
    • Monitoring health and safety, building advocacy, decision making, and community connections
    • Encouraging participant engagement in social networks and communities

    Requirements

    Education/Experience:

    High school diploma/GED preferred. One year experience working with people with disabilities in a certified residential setting preferred

    Conditions of Employment

    Must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
