Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License for NY or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this Case Management work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Current New York State Registration. Certified in BLS and able to be recertified
• Experience: 1.5 years
• Local Restrictions: Travelers allowed
