Dining Room Manager

Russell House Tavern in Harvard Square is seeking a Dining Room Manager. They are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and responsible individual to assist in managing the general operations of the restaurant. Applicants should have a genuine love of hospitality and understand the importance of building relationships with both guests and team members.

Responsibilities include: training, scheduling and managing team members throughout their shifts and providing them with constructive feedback. They seek someone who is a self-starter, and who is passionate about service, food, wine, local beer, and craft cocktails.

Compensation: $60k-70k base salary
