Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Product Analyst in Birmingham, AL.

Overview: Our client is seeking a Digital Product Analyst II to support digital product and technology initiatives within a fast-paced Agile environment. This individual will function similarly to a Business Systems Analyst, acting as a bridge between product and technology teams to ensure business needs are translated into functional requirements and technical solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical mindset who can clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define product and system requirements
• Translate business needs into epics, workflows, and detailed functional requirements
• Support Agile delivery teams by helping refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Serve as a liaison between product and technical teams to ensure alignment on application functionality and integrations
• Assist in documenting workflows, dependencies, and system interactions
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for Agile tracking, documentation, and collaboration
• Support applications and digital initiatives within a financial services environment
