    Description

    The Digital Marketing Specialist is an established performer that supports digital commerce initiatives by managing and optimizing structured product content across digital platforms. This role facilitates the accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of product data to enhance marketing performance and customer experience.

    • This role does NOT provide current or future sponsorship assistance.
    • Please note that we will NOT provide relocation assistance (Candidates are expected to relocate on own 3 weeks from time of offer acceptance).
    • Employees are required to report in office 4 days a week / 7834 CF Hawn Freeway | Dallas, Texas 75217 (NO NEGOTIATION).
    • This is a direct hire role; We are NOT open to employing through contractor or agency.
     
    Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
    • Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and channel requirements.
    • Coordinate product content updates related to launches, lifecycle changes, and discontinuations.
    • Perform audits and quality checks to maintain content integrity and publishing accuracy.
    • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve product content quality and performance.
    • Support SEO and digital content optimization initiatives in alignment with enhanced content standards.
    • Facilitate execution of internal and external content requests to ensure delivery expectations are met.
    • Analyze product content data and key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and adoption.
    • Develop dashboards and reports using platform-native or business intelligence tools.
    • Translate reporting insights into actionable recommendations for process and content improvements.
    • Support alignment between digital asset management and product information systems to ensure accurate publishing.
    • Develop documentation and training materials to support platform adoption and best practices.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, Product, and IT teams to support digital content initiatives and projects.
    • Build, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other advertising platforms.
    • Project manage the flow of blog content between writers, editors, and stakeholders to keep deliverables on schedule.
    • Conduct keyword research in close partnership with the copywriter to support content and campaign strategy.
    • Coordinate with vendors and agencies on campaign execution and deliverables.
    • Perform QA on live campaigns, confirming landing pages, tracking, and creative are firing correctly.
    • Maintain the BrightEdge keyword management dashboard and monitor ongoing SEO performance.
    • Serve as first-pass reviewer on copywriter drafts before they move forward for approval.
    • Support new strategy research to inform future campaign planning.
    • Build and maintain project trackers across campaigns and initiatives.
    • Own the creative request pipeline, requesting assets early and following up to keep deliverables on schedule.
    • Perform other duties as needed.
     
    Required Experience and Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
    • 2-4 years of job-related experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
    • Familiarity with digital commerce workflows and content optimization practices preferred.
    • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and/or coordinating cross-functional projects preferred.
     
    Competencies:
    • Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
    • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
    • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
