The Digital Health Product Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Own and articulate a Medicare Advantage product vision that reflects the needs of an aging population while aligning with the broader health plan and business objectives.
  • Define and prioritize features that improve plan comprehension, benefits utilization, and care navigation for members.
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact, proactively managing expectations, surfacing tradeoffs, and negotiating competing priorities across cross-functional groups (health plan operations, compliance, clinical, marketing, etc.).
  • Facilitate regular touchpoints to ensure the product roadmap reflects regulatory requirements, operational realities, and remains transparent.
  • Translate stakeholder requests into clear, actionable product requirements for design and engineering teams.
  • Represent the digital platform's Medicare Advantage capabilities to internal and external partners, tailoring the value and functionality to each audience.
  • Partner with design, engineering, analytics, and IT to advance the roadmap through iterative delivery, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
  • Monitor member journey data to identify population-specific pain points (e.g., digital literacy barriers, benefits confusion) and use findings to build alignment around prioritization.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience building consumer-facing digital experiences.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a track record of building products that improve engagement for older adult populations.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, APIs, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and iterative delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience using web analytics platforms and A/B testing platforms for iterative optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to drive consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Public Health, Program Development).
  • Experience in Medicare Advantage, health plans, or Medicare-focused healthcare.

Pay Rate: $65.00 per hour
