A creative agency specializing in integrated branding and marketing solutions is seeking a Digital Designer (Print & Digital) to join their team. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$70,000 - $85,000

Position Overview:
The Digital Designer (Print & Digital) will lead select projects with a strong focus on print and digital design. This role requires a solid foundation in typography, color theory, and layout design, supporting multichannel campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities of the Digital Designer (Print & Digital):
  • Lead design projects with a focus on print and digital media (90% digital, 10% print).
  • Develop creative concepts for multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Apply strong design principles including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Manage multiple projects (5-7) concurrently under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure brand and marketing alignment.
  • Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Experience/Skills for the Digital Designer (Print & Digital):
  • Proficient in print and digital design fundamentals.
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in an agency setting preferred (1-2 years) or relevant internship experience.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Digital Designer (Print & Digital):
  • Experience leading design projects or teams.
  • Familiarity with multichannel campaign development.
  • Knowledge of current design software and tools.
  • Ability to think strategically about brand and marketing impact.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
