    Position Overview

    The Digital Campaign Manager, Paid Search supports execution and management of search advertising campaigns for their clients. They will be in a primary support role for the Paid Search team and integrated in the daily optimization of client accounts. The goal for this position is to support the larger Paid Search team in achieving and exceeding client goals through executing best-in-class Paid Search practices.

    The Digital Campaign Manager, Paid Search has experience working daily on Paid Search accounts across multiple verticals. They are very familiar with Google Ads platform and how to launch new campaigns, keywords/ads, pull reports, perform search query reports, implement A/B tests, and perform audits when troubleshooting. They report to the Associate Media Director of Paid Search.

    Responsibilities

    Assists in the management and daily optimizations of Paid Search accounts for clients across healthcare, retail, and QSR verticals
    Responsible for executing maintenance on the accounts, including building keywords, creating ads, launching promotions, a/b testing, budget management and bid management
    Knowledgeable about the various campaign types and bidding strategies available in Google and Bing
    Set up campaigns to include tracking for performance against targets and making optimizations consistently
    Pulling data, performing analysis and preparing weekly reports for clients
    Supports day-to-day communication with team, vendors and clients
    When applicable, is responsible for feed management, cleansing and optimizations for Google Shopping
    Executes and reports out on testing strategies and optimizations to improve campaign performance
    Flagging, troubleshoot, and resolving issues
    Understands clients business goals and utilizes that as a guiding light in prioritizing activities on the account
    Stays abreast of new products and updates within Google and Bing’s advertising platforms
    Works daily in platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor
    Works as a part of the larger Paid Search team; participates in team meetings and brainstorms


    Key Skills & Qualifications

    1-2+ years related work experience with managing Paid Search/PPC campaigns on Google and Bing.
    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent work experience.
    Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and SearchAds360.
    Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
    Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
    Understanding of conversion tracking, tagging, and basic attribution models.
    Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

    This role requires regular in-office presence with a minimum of three days per week, to engage and collaborate in in-person team interactions and meetings as required.
