Location: Hybrid- NYC- 2 days/week

A global digital media agency is seeking a senior Account Director to lead key client relationships, drive performance strategy, and oversee integrated campaigns across App and Web.

This is a hands on leadership role for someone with strong agency experience managing multi channel digital media programs and guiding cross functional teams across search, social, programmatic, analytics, and creative.

What they are looking for:

• 8+ years of digital media experience, ideally agency side
• Strong client leadership and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, and full funnel planning
• Experience leading large multi channel accounts and growth marketing initiatives
• Ability to build process, mentor teams, and identify opportunities to grow accounts
