Position Title: Dietitian
Location: St. Louis, MO 63133
Duration: Till April 30, 2027
Work Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Preferred schedule is four (4) hours per day during morning hours, five days per week. Other schedules may be permitted, such as eight (8) hours per day on two days and four (4) hours per day on one day per week.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Complete initial and annual nutrition assessments of assigned consumers.
- Follow up with consumers monthly or quarterly depending on nutrition risk.
- Provide individualized interventions based on consumers' nutrition and health goals.
- Attend and participate in interdisciplinary care of consumers.
- Communicate with Food Service staff regarding special dietary needs of assigned consumers.
- Facilitate weekly nutrition-based groups with consumers.
- Approve weekly menu changes.
- Provide services in person at the facility.
- Care for approximately 20-30 consumers.
- Attend required orientation and training conducted during daytime hours.

- Current Missouri Dietitian license.
- Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Government-issued photo identification card.
- Family Care Safety Registry check.
- Authorization for Release of Information by Law-Enforcement Agencies.
- Fingerprint search results.
- Negative TB test (2-part PPD or chest X-ray) with results not exceeding one year old.
