Job Summary (List Format):

- Serve as the web application developer for a project to rewrite the user interface of the NC ECHO application for the Department of Public Health.
- Redevelop the current Angular JS and Breeze-based UI using .NET, while maintaining existing data collection functionalities.
- Utilize technical expertise in Angular JS, Breeze, C#, Microsoft IIS, .NET, and SQL for application development.
- Apply agile or scrum software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies in daily tasks.
- Design and implement solutions based on IT architectural principles, technical designs, and specifications.
- Utilize tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), GitHub or Bitbucket, and Jira in development processes.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable software requirements.
- Communicate effectively with both technical team members and non-technical clients, both verbally and in writing.
