Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a Salesforce Solutions Designer/Architect for the Enterprise Platform Services team.
- Lead the transition of legacy applications to Salesforce and design new Salesforce-based solutions.
- Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the DHHS Salesforce investment.
- Estimate cost, time, and resource requirements for new demands and enhancements.
- Collaborate in strategic and tactical planning with business partners, vendors, and management.
- Provide consultation and planning for modifications and enhancements to production systems.
- Act as an escalation point for complex application development issues.
- Advise management on enterprise development standards, practices, and tools.
- Mentor and train development staff on standard practices, standards, and tools.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with state, departmental, and divisional standards.
- Conduct platform and application assessments to ensure optimal performance and service continuity.
- Coordinate application performance monitoring and technical discussions with development teams.
- Facilitate technical demos and discussions as needed.
- Required skills include 5+ years as a Salesforce architect/designer, mentoring experience, stakeholder engagement, and Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
- Preferred skills include experience with Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft integrations, and Copado for Salesforce DevOps.
