Position Description

The DevSecOps / Release Manager oversees CI/CD pipelines, release management, and secure deployment processes. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and controlled software delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 8–12+ years of DevOps/Release Management experience
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes
• Experience with Jira, version control, and change management
• Understanding of security best practices in DevSecOps

Responsibilities

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Oversee release planning and execution
• Maintain code repositories (e.g., Subversion)
• Enforce change control and version management
• Coordinate testing and deployment activities
• Ensure security compliance in DevOps processes
• Develop rollback and recovery plans
• Support audit and compliance requirements
