HIRING SALARY RANGE: $71,665 - $76,768
Hiring salary will be determined based on education, experience, equity, budget, and market considerations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) and Management Preferences:
Advanced administration experience with Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms (e.g., Jamf Pro for macOS/iOS and NinjaOne for Windows) and deployment of enterprise-wide hardware images.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to serve as a Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical problems.
Proven ability to manage IT device lifecycles, including hardware evaluation, procurement recommendations, inventory tracking, and surplus processes across multiple campuses.
Knowledge of device security standards, compliance practices, whole disk encryption, endpoint protection, and software patching.
Experience working in an academic or institutional environment with cross-functional IT teams and providing customer-focused support to end users.

Education and Experience:
Graduation from a two-year technical college or from a four year college or university and 4 years in a technology field related to the position’s role. Related information technology experience may be substituted year-for-year for the required education.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a technology or related field and 4 or more years of experience in a field related to the position’s role.
