Job Summary: Seeking a Development Test Engineer to support gasoline engine
propulsion, emissions, aftertreatment, calibration, and testing activities. The role focuses on dynamometer/vehicle testing, emissions optimization, system integration, and developing solutions for current and future emissions regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute engine/powertrain dynamometer and vehicle testing.
- Develop and optimize engine, emissions, aftertreatment, and calibration systems.
- Analyze emissions, OBD, fuel economy, drivability, NVH, and powertrain performance.
- Support integration of catalysts, GPFs, sensors, controls, and emissions hardware.
- Perform root-cause analysis and develop physics-based solutions.
- Work with engineering, calibration, controls, regulatory, and supplier teams.
- Analyze and present test data and technical findings.
